Directions for Use
Take one capsule daily, or as needed.
Take your dose about 1 hour before you want the effects.
- For faster effects, take on an empty stomach.
- For a slower and more steady effects, take with food.
No need to refrigerate.
For first-time CBD capsule users, we recommend starting with one only, at a lower strength (25 or 50 mg). This way, you can slowly work your way up to the amount that works best for you.
Consistent use is the best way to determine if this product works for you. If you haven’t noticed any effects after the first few days, we encourage using the product daily for 30 days to determine the effectiveness. These Soft-Gels are designed to last 30 days (1 serving per day for 30 days).
If your bottle doesn’t last 30 days, it may be time to go up to a higher strength. Or combine with another product like Gummy Cubes or a Tincture.
