Directions for Use

There’s no one-size-fits-all answer when it comes to enjoying CBD, and your best usage will depend on your needs and your body’s metabolism.
For first-timers, we recommend starting with a lower strength (such as a 600mg or 1350mg), beginning with half a dropper. You can always increase the serving once you’re more familiar with how CBD works for you.
Recommended Dose:
Take 1 ml (approximately 20 drops or 2/3 of a dropper) daily, either once or in divided doses.
Take your dose about an hour before you want to feel the effects. Effects become apparent within about 1 hour of sublingual ingestion. Faster on an empty stomach. Slower when taken with food.
