Directions for Use
Take 3 capsules, one hour before bed. With or without food.
If you’re concerned about being too sleepy, try when you don’t have to get up early the next day.
Consistent use is the best way to determine if this product works for you. If you haven’t noticed any effects after the first few days, we recommend using every day, for 30 days to see how it affects you.
